These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and jaya9 bets ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the jaya9 bets website, betting services, casino games, payment facilities, and all related features and content made available through the platform.

2.1 Age Verification

3.1 Registration Information

3.2 Account Security

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests on verified accounts are processed within one (1) business day. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. jaya9 bets reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will not be processed until the account holder has completed KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full. jaya9 bets reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may result in additional processing time of up to three (3) business days.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Where an account is closed by jaya9 bets due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including original deposit amounts) may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed and closure is made for operational reasons, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player.

Disputes raised more than seven days after the event in question may not be considered. jaya9 bets's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding.

8.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect display of odds, game results, balance information, or bonus credits, jaya9 bets reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and restore account balances to their pre-error state. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.
